There Is Work To Be Done.

work on your weaknessBecause as we grow and improve we see

areas that could be better we never stop working.

Take an honest look at yourself and find those areas

you wish to work on.

Every day that we work on improving ourselves is

well spent.

Our daily work helps us enjoy the other aspects

of our life and that is where we can see the fruit of

our labor.

Keep on Keeping on.

On Goals.

Set a goalI believe in setting Goals.

Big, Hairy, Scary, Meaningful GOALS.

I want the best for me but I also want the best for you all.

I hope you all had a chance to set goals for

this new year 2018. Use them as your road map.

Push yourself to the max and grow.

Again., it does not have to be about just one thing.

It can be about anything you are not satisfied with.

If it is money good, if it is weight loss good,

If it is education great, If it is better things great,

Know that if you are not satisfied it is a good sign.

Go Get what you want.

Get after it and make it happen.

I hope you will indulge me as I use the next few days

and posts on GOALS.

I truly consider it that important.

Looking forward to more and better

for you and me on this new adventure we are starting.

So let’s be honest here.

What are WE made of??

Are we made of steel or are we made

os aluminum?

Figure it out and be honest.

I know that for some things I have been

as strong as Play Dooh and at times

my metal has been hard as steel.

Not always but at times and in some

The goal… Out goal should be to

always be made of steel.

Let us do our best.

Let’s be made of steel.

Stay focus and remain successful.

The Price Of Dreams.

The Price Of Dreams.

Weight loss like so many other things in life is a process., a journey.
We pay day by day, meal by meal one decision at a time for the opportunity, the chance to reach our goal, our destination.
This journey is in many ways like a trip across country. We must plan and evaluate and adjust and then evaluate again and adjust even further.
We must be prepared for the unexpected. Little things like the people who don’t understand why we can’t eat this or drink that. Prepare for our bad habits trying to derail us. Prepare to celebrate the little and big triumphs. Pack enough for moments when all there is as far as the eye can see is temptation in the shape of sugar, fat, carbs, trash.
Make sure that when you embark on this journey you do it with a solid goal, a destination in mind and that you purchase a one way ticket to the new you. A one way ticket to the healthier, happier and more accomplished you., and when you get there never forget the journey so that you don’t have to take the trip again.

What do you worry about???

Calories? Grams of fat? Portions?

Water, protein, sodium, etc, etc, etc

I do not know. What do I worry about???

I worry about my kids. I think a lot about

my wife,  I do not however much worry

about my diet and intake. That is why planning

is so very central. It takes the worry away.

I publish 6 blog posts a week so does that mean

that every day I sit and stress about it?? Hell No.

My posts are written 2 to 4 months in advance.

If I do not write another word you will continue

to receive this blog way past February 1st of 2018.

Plan your work and work you plan and there will

be significantly less stress in your future.

If you are on a calorie restricted diet Sorry.

If you are on a low carb diet  You Are Welcome.

This folks is why I love my diet.

Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Sodium, High Flavor.

I love it. I just thought I would mess with us all.

Have a great day and try not think of this

meat-loaf the rest of your day. I will but

then again this will be my dinner tonight.
