What is the most important thing for weight loss?? Diet, Exercise, Activity, Attitude?
It is all equally important I have found but, if there is something that I have seen make a difference in many of the people that I have known is the fact that they were committed. There are many experienced and nutrition educated persons like me out there that regardless of the knowledge and experience failed at the weight loss game. I trained people on weight loss and therapeutic diets so I knew better and yet I failed consistently. It was the lack of commitment to the weight loss that kept me from realizing my goal.
