If it is worth-while there will be a cost to it. The time invested, the effort, the dietary limitations and, for those of us with a #lap-band it gets even more complicated. We weigh our food, count calories, count grams of carbs, take pills and vitamins, drink lots of water.
And then we continue to pay. We must exercise and be active if we really want the results. It is not easy but it is so worth it.
Nothing worthwhile comes without paying the price. If you want to accomplish your goals get up and get at it.
