The way I see it is: “Even Superman has his Kryptonite”
And we are not as bad ass as Superman so we must be
“Super” careful. I know that French bread at Walmart
would kick my behind every single time so I avoid it.
I know that if I don’t do my cardio before I do weights
I will not really do either.
It is in the knowing and knowledge of our weak areas
that our chance for success comes.
Acknowledge your strengths and be mindful of your weak areas
and you are half way there to be successful.
