And now a little big attention to the “Chestal” area.

Yes I know that Chestal is not a real word but is sounds FUNNY.

This is a basic set up and excellent in my humble opinion

example of a routine for beginners.

If you are a bit more experienced you then know how to

“Doctor” this moves and exercises to work better based

on your wants needs and experience.

With this and with all new exercises please ask help and

guidance until you can master them.

This is one routine that will send you home happy.

I have to admit that I continue to be challenged by my

Leg Day. I do it to the best of my abilities but I can not

remember a single time I actually enjoyed it. If anyone has

a routine for Leg Day that you think is great please share

because that is the one that I hear the most gripping about.

Gang keep up the good work and remember that  all that

you do for a better you benefits you but also your friends and

family.

    As a girl, I love working my chest! Apparently it helps to keep everything a lot more perky and where it’s meant to be for later life ….so I’m busting out those reps! haha x
