I found this routine and would like to share it with my group.
I found it challenging but it is easy enough to memorize.
While those of us with WLS have the reminder of the limited
amount of food we can eat, we at times need help remembering
to add the physical activities that are so important.
No diet on its own will give us the results we crave. We must
add the exercise component.
Keep at it and do not forget why it is that you started this.

Keep it up gang. Keep wining at loosing…. The pounds.
Expect even more exercise routines in the near future.
This is the time of the year when we must make a bigger difference.
