Your goal is your own and it is
what you want it to be.
Regardless it comes with a price and
that price can not be paid by anyone else.
The great thing is that no one else can
show and brag about the results.
Our weight loss journey, this road to
better health and more stamina is
not and it has never been an easy one
but both you and me know that it is a
worthwhile effort.
I hate that feeling of “No Energy”
it drives me nuts. I have always hated early
mornings but I always pushed and was
able to function and function at a high level.
When I am not on my diet and doing my
walk I have trouble stretching, walking and
even concentrating. I hate it.
Gang we know what we need to do.
We know the why and most of us are
working on the how that is after all why
we read books and blogs like this one.
Please remember that also by sharing of
our experiences we are part of the solution.
