
I use my imagination a lot to keep me motivated. For some reason the torturing of fat continues to be a recurrent thought.
I keep it light and fun so I might have something to laugh about when my legs cramp or when my lower back hurts. I think of those pains as fat trying to escape from being burned and the laughter and yes the fun those thoughts create gives me the fuel that I need to complete my walk or my workout.
