Sometimes through pain and disappointment we get a chance to work on us and our life.
Many times a change we did not want happens and we have to.. NO., We Must take the opportunity to fix our poor choices of the past and embrace the new day and try as hard as we can to make amends and fix those things we fell short on.
we all want to have the perfect family, the perfect companion, the perfect mate, the best car, our dream weight and while we are at it our dream figure. So many wants. Life though throws day after day after day of reality and sameness. What can we do?
Well… We make new choices and even though we can not fix it all and change it all there are things that WE CAN CHANGE. Let us work on those. Let us try every day to be better, happier, healthier and more content and proud of who we are working on becoming.

In the process of improvement be it any area of life it is helpful to have a clear vision. Figure out what it is that you want. Not what anyone else wants but you. Keep it present and go forth never pass a chance to help someone else if possible.
