3:30 AM was my best time of the day.
I functioned well with two or three hours
of sleep and I could go all night working,
reading, talking, getting in trouble or just
Things change. I have changed and as my
body has aged I find losing the weight to
be harder and taking longer.
I hurt after my activities and I do not like it.
I used to run for ever and stop when bored
not when tired and now even my walks hurt.
And yet I find my activity so rewarding.
I love the challenge not because I always win
but because it keeps me going.,
I do love the feeling of the win all the wins big
and small because an ounce or a pound are
equally important and relevant.
Gang this weight loss thing is an ongoing
numbers game. How many times we fall,
how many times we get up again.
It happens… Shit does happen so be ready
and just keep going.
