it does not help when we make things overly complicated.
In trying to explain to my Coach what my system is in selecting
my food items she promptly noticed and shared with me areas
where I might be over complicating my efforts.
Yes we want to have exact portions but a close enough
portion when eating out is good enough and we know based
on our prior experience what is a proper portion.
Exercise or activity is easy enough to track and now with all the
technological possibilities when our phone can as easily count our
steps and calories burned there is no reason not to have a rather
accurate idea of where we are at the end of the day.
Tracking is also possible with a multitude of free apps for both
android and iPhone products.
Since my next big challenge is tracking I am going back to using
the form I had developed and should it be of help to anyone else
I am giving it for free to you at the end of this post.
Please take a look at it and see if you can find a way to improve
on it I am no spread sheet genius so you will not offend me if
you can help me make it a better one.
My Coach keeps telling me that if I do not record it it din’t happen.
