It is not all about the number on the scale

there is more, much more that makes for

celebration and many a time those

victories are very sweet.

Work on the numbers, beat the scale yes but

live and enjoy life in the here and now while

not forgetting to keep front and center your

goals and dreams as they are the fuel that

will make you, me and everyone that follows

them successful.

Figure out what you want and what are you

willing to do for it and go forth.

Do not just think about it.

Do not just talk about it.

Be About It. Be About You.
