The inherent imperfection of being human.

We hope too much, We love too much.

We expect too much, We want too much.

We give too much, We push too much.

And some times we and those around us

fall short of what is expected.

Maybe it is just me.

The reality is that we all must be

honest, realists, sensible specially when

it comes to planning our activities.

We must at all times keep the main thing

the main thing as Mr. Covey told us.

Let’s keep those things that are relevant to us

on the front burner and continue to push.

Our health and goals are worth it.
