Any magic if there is any

happens only at the end of a workout session.

Healthy happens only at the end of good

solid choices.

Sexy abs exist only when proper workouts

are mastered and performed consistency.

I guess what I am trying to say is that

all of those goals we want have a price and

it is up to us to decide if we will pay it or not.

A good life is worth it so I hope you make a

commitment to a proper diet and work on
