If I needed to describe weight loss
in one picture this comes to mind.
It doesn’t has to be and maybe
we know that it shouldn’t be.
But reality is that since it deals
with wants and dreams and desires
and emotions and many a trime
hormones and sweet breads well…..
it tends to be a bit like a rollercoaster.
I find that the best way to avoid this
is to really get to know what my weak
points are and work on them.
I know what time I can not go to walmart
or safeway why?? because they bake fresh
bread and I can not resist it.
I know what restaurants to avoid when
I am really, really hungry because I will
blow my diet. You too have weak points
like I do so work on finding them and then
go to work on finding ways around them.
it is within us to defeat the rollercoaster
we just have to put in the work and it
