Many a time due to our life and
the pressures we go through every day
we find ourselves trying to do the
Diet Or Exercise balancing act.
What to do and when.
Time limitations and other people’s
demands on our schedules that at
times push OUR priorities to the bottom.
We have to find a way and figure out
how to make it happen.
We must keep our health, goals and plans
ever-present otherwise Shit Won’t Get Done.
We are important and must act accordingly.
Go for a walk, make it to the gym, watch the food,
Drink the water, take the pills and do not forget
to take the vitamins.
