Just a little reminder that
while life is not easy it does not
need to be complicated.
Put your priorities straight and
attack with a plan.
You want to know how simple
loosing weight is??? Well here it is:
eat less but better quality foods.
Drink at a minimum 8 glasses of water.
Increase your activity by at least 50%.
Sleep no less than 8 hours.
Did you notice that I said simple and not easy
when talking about weight loss??
That is because we have so many habits
ingrained in our minds and that is the part
that I find to be the most difficult.
Specially the not eating of delicious processed
and fast food items. Drinking a gigantor soda.
smoking, not sleeping enough, etc, etc.,
You know the drill. Both you and me have the
same monster to contend with.
So the question is:
Are we worth it and can we make a committment?
Can’t answer for you but I sure am working on it.

take the plunge of health and a better life.
