I share with you one of my pics

just to share that: This was one heck of

daily walk for me. It is so much fun to go

out the door not knowing what your walk

will bring and what challenges it will present.

This was an amazing day and I did my walk

and I got some great pictures.

I have been a bit lazy this past couple of weeks

and I have neglected my walks and for that matter

all my weight loss efforts. No excuses and actually

no reazons. I just have been…… off.

I am writting this post many days before it’s go live

date and it is Sunday. I am commiting to get back on

track as of tomorrow Monday.

I always end my posts telling you all to stay focus

and that you will be successful. Well I have not been

focus and I sure as shit have not been successful.

Time to get back on the horse.
