Commitment to a vision of the who and the how we want to be is one of the most powerful weapons we can have. Action that comes from within help us create the momentum needed to maintain our efforts. Constantly we are bombarded from all around with ways and reasons why we could and even sometimes we should abandon our efforts. BUT… When our vision is clear and strong and our goals are not only measurable but attainable we will persevere.

No one said it would be easy. No one said we would be understood. No one said that the pain in our joints and our pride would last just for a little bit but, I can tell you and even guarantee that if you go just a little bit more every time you will see the results and harvest from your efforts.

It is worth it. Not for anyone else but for us and the promise of a better, healthier, longer, triumphant future.
