How to treat a bad day.


Shit happens. It has happened.

Shit will continue to happen, as it has in the past

and will happen in the future.

Just remember that attitude will conquer it all.

Never forget that regardless of the shit.

It is just a bad day and not a bad life.

Get after it and go lift something, pull something,

push something, and get you a good sweat going.

When you finish you will feel better.

I guarantee it.

One day at a time and one workout at a time.
