What do you worry about???
Calories? Grams of fat? Portions?
Water, protein, sodium, etc, etc, etc
I do not know. What do I worry about???
I worry about my kids. I think a lot about
my wife, I do not however much worry
about my diet and intake. That is why planning
is so very central. It takes the worry away.
I publish 6 blog posts a week so does that mean
that every day I sit and stress about it?? Hell No.
My posts are written 2 to 4 months in advance.
If I do not write another word you will continue
to receive this blog way past February 1st of 2018.
Plan your work and work you plan and there will
be significantly less stress in your future.
