We know that we need to work on our goals then plan our diet and determine our exercise needs. Then We must go and work our plan.
Diet alone even for us with the lap band will never be enough. Exercise will make the biggest difference. Do not struggle with the term “Exercise” call it activity and start adding activity to your daily life. The more activity the bigger the impact on your physical appearance and energy.
So for those of us with out the super power lets start by planning and adding some activity.

Great approach. Everything we do is exercise if we’re moving, clearing out a cupboard is activity, mowing the lawn, walking to the shop. It makes it seem so much easier to fit in activity than exercise.
