Decide what you want. Accept the price (there is always a price)
Make a plan, Commit to the plan and:
Do the work.
The process works in direct proportion
to how well we stick to the steps.
Our goals are there for the taking IF, IF we
want them bad enough that we stop with the excuses.
I hope we continue to walk together as we push
