It doesn’t have to be running., It can be any activity
we get involved with. Walking, swimming, running, crossfit, etc.,
The feeling after keeping our physical commitments is great.
Figure out which activity would work for you and your schedule and
try to stick to it every scheduled day.
For me is walking and I walk well over 4 miles but
I know that the weather has been winning the battle as of late.
I sure do miss it.
Gang we are all different and because of that it is that us and only us
can figure out what activity is the one that will work for us.
