Those of us fighting the battle of the pounds
should know that the size of our results
will be equal to the size of our committment.
For those of us with the lapband well things
are a little different. Many would think it is
easier for us but, we know it is not so.
Keep pushing. Measure your food, drink your
water, take your meds, exercise regularly.
