I look at my past and can not

do less than be grateful.

Not bad for someone who

came to this country with no

money, not knowing the language,

no friends and an education that

even if great back home, here it was

about as useless as a third eye.

So yes progress has been made but,

the amount of mistakes and failures

are enough to scare some sharks.

Progress and any success I might have

had come at a high price and never

with ease.

So now I try to pay attention to my every

move in an effort to avoid Dumb Mistakes.

Do not let your past good, bad, or suspect

keep you from taking your next steps.

Keep going and keep pushing and you can

not avoid but succeed.
