I think that we can all agree how important goals are and how important it is to have an end in mind.
The problem comes when we get so caught in making a goal that we forget about progress.
Yes., we might be intent and committed to a loss of 10 pounds per month but hey 2, 5 or 7 pounds lost IS progress. It is movement in the right direction and we must celebrate because we are wining.
We want the big win. We want the glory of meeting the goal and sometimes we get frustrated when it doesn’t happen. Hey progress is progress and we must acknowledge and celebrate it. AND more important we must use it to keep us on task.
