
Having the lap-band means that the amount of food we consume is significantly less and should therefore be of higher quality.
We must pay closer attention to what we consume. We should also make sure that we are staying within the amounts that have been given to us. Another item we at times neglect is the taking of multivitamins daily. While I personally struggle with an items or two of the list I truly struggle with drinking enough water.
Let’s not forget that all aspects are important and for the most part one can not fully work without the other so while we want to make sure that we are consuming quality nutrients in the right amounts we shall also keep in mind that exercising and drinking plenty of water is equally as important.
