That cold, cold shower moment when

we get on the scale.

Great if its good but tough if it is not.

At that moment every bite that went through

our lips comes to mind and makes us smile

or makes us cringe with regret.

We know what we are supposed to do

so let us go forth and make the right

decisions to accomplish our dreams and goals.

Let us take a shower, a shower of success.
