No Clue what you did this weekend, but
I hope you did something worth talking about.
Do not forget that while we are working on
loosing weight and getting healthier, there is a big
amazing world out there, and that we have a life to live.
The purpose of being healthier, and lighter, and stronger
is so we can live longer, better lives. Wile working for
that goal do not forget to do some living.
