I just want to share the road where I do my daily walk.
I try to do 4.5 miles every day and it works out ok for the most part.
This is the time I use to clear my mind. The time I use to get centered
and plan for the rest of the day. I also use this time to ground my self.
At times the urgent takes the place of the important and we must
be able to differentiate the one from the other.
Whatever your routine is make sure that you keep it in mind.
Stay committed to you and your goals do not start your day
by losing the first battle to the comfy bed.
