And now a little big attention to the “Chestal” area.

Yes I know that Chestal is not a real word but is sounds FUNNY.

This is a basic set up and excellent in my humble opinion

example of a routine for beginners.

If you are a bit more experienced you then know how to

“Doctor” this moves and exercises to work better based

on your wants needs and experience.

With this and with all new exercises please ask help and

guidance until you can master them.

This is one routine that will send you home happy.

I have to admit that I continue to be challenged by my

Leg Day. I do it to the best of my abilities but I can not

remember a single time I actually enjoyed it. If anyone has

a routine for Leg Day that you think is great please share

because that is the one that I hear the most gripping about.

Gang keep up the good work and remember that  all that

you do for a better you, benefits you but also your friends

and family.

Fear No Monday

fear no mondayHappy Monday Gang!!

One of the rules that I found is worth

of us always keeping is: “Never fail on Monday”

We must work out every Monday!

We must keep our Diet every Monday!

We must take our pills every Monday!

It has been shown in studies just how much

the “Monday Effect” can impact the rest of

the week., it seems that both monkeys and

humans tend to somehow be more inclined

not to follow through when Monday is not

addressed correctly.

Anyway I hope you have a great and

very productive week.

How We Are.

The way I see it is: “Even Superman has his Kryptonite.”

And we are not as bad ass as Superman so we must be

“Super” careful. I know that French bread at Walmart

would kick my behind every single time so I avoid it.

I know that if I don’t do my cardio before I do weights

I will not really do either.

It is in the knowing, and knowledge of our weak areas

that our chance for success comes.

Acknowledge your strengths, and be mindful of your

weak areas, and you are half way there to be successful.

Make your plan, work your plan, watch the pounds drop.

Simple right?

Not Really. What is easy to do is easy not to do.

Want it bad enough and you will do it.

On Partners.

Remember how easy it used to be to

call on your friends and get to misbehaving?

How come it becomes so hard to find a partner

to work out and hold you accountable?

I have been trying for quite a while to find someone

to go to the gym with me and have been unsuccessful.

For many, what we do is difficult and weird or at least

inconvenient. The bad part is that as we go on

working out and exercising we get used to

doing it on our own and it makes it difficult later to

let anyone in the circle.

An accountability partner is always a good idea

so keep trying to find someone. And be patient

with them by the way. Remember WE are weird.

Keep the weirdness going gang who wants to be normal.

Normal is broke, Normal is fat, Normal is dull,

Normal is what NOT to be.

By the way. Those three monsters in the picture are

my kids Riley, Levi, and Logan.

Strength.

a person who fallsSince we will all fall “eventually”

we might as well plan on learning.

A fall, mistake or lesson is only bad

if we learn nothing from it.

We must remember that either we earn

or we learn. YES it is a win, win so don’t

let fear of failure keep you from trying.

Making Progres.

Gang., we make or break goals with our actions

or the lack of. We know what we want and

we know why we want it. Then why the heck

is it so hard at times? Why are we so weak

that innocent chocolate and delicious pizza

can whip us into submission.

I don’t really know and I tell you I have given

it a lot of thought.

What I do know is that I will try again and

again until I win. Sooooo  the question is:

Will you try with me? Will you rinse and repeat

when needed and try again with me?

I hope so. I will be here.

Why wait for tomorrow?
For those of us who are on the road to a better US there is no place for tomorrow., not at the price of a better life.
We do not make excuses for others or for ourselves and that makes us at times the target of jokes, slander, abuse, good and bad intentions and it is our job to maintain the higher ground.

Zero tolerance!! For ourselves when we hesitate between the scheduled and the accidental. When we fail to do what is important and instead we allow the urgent to rule.
To fail to follow our diet just because “it is just a little piece”
For not taking our vitamins and medicine as prescribed instead of “at times”

Tomorrow is the biggest thief. The biggest reason why goals, diets, dreams, wishes and desires do not happen as they should.

As a Hispanic I am very familiar with the term “Manana” Manana does not mean tomorrow., it means “Not Now”

So I ask you If not today, if not now,Then When?

How about right now? How does right now sounds to you?
