We at times seem to forget the power of compounding.

Darren Hardy the publisher of Success Magazine wrote the

amazing book “The Compound Effect” a book that I always recommend

to people going through a hard time accomplishing stuff in general.

this book is quite the handbook for change and accountability.

One 1/2 of a pound is a very significant amount of progress and

if you can manage to loose it consistently you are so far ahead few

will catch up with you.

All progress is significant and all progress is good.

Do not let small steps discourage you., instead push to make those

small steps the foundation of your major changes and accomplishments.

Funny how people

The moment that someone decides to stand outside

of the circle there is always someone to try and drag him

or her right back in.

I have noticed that with weight loss is even worst than

with money or even relationships.

People do not take kindly of friends loosing the pounds.

The first criticism comes as a direct attack of your diet

which ever diet it happens to be.

Then if you dare have any success get ready for the

attack on your appearance. It seems like immediately after

you loose a pound or two you become the living image

of the walking dead or at least that is what folks will tell you.

Remain focus and centered and keep doing what you must

to get to your desired goal.

It is not for them., it is for you.

Diet exercise, exercise diet

Many a time due to our life and

the pressures we go through every day

we find ourselves trying to do the

Diet Or Exercise balancing act.

What to do and when.

Time limitations and other people’s

demands on our schedules that at

times push OUR priorities to the bottom.

We have to find a way and figure out

how to make it happen.

We must keep our health, goals and plans

ever-present otherwise Shit Won’t Get Done.

We are important and must act accordingly.

Go for a walk, make it to the gym, watch the food,

Drink the water, take the pills and do not forget

to take the vitamins.

Reality Shock!!

You never realize

It is amazing the things we do when our backs are against the wall.

Recently I was in limbo in regards to my health and future in general. I decided I could not control the results but I could control my reaction and the ensuing decisions. I pushed my diet and re-focus my goals. I started again

I felt out of control and out of options. THAT was what made me push harder and fight to regain some form of normalcy and control. I found strength and personal power, resolve I did not knew I had.

I do not know what it is that will bring the fight out of you but I hope you can find it at the time of your greatest need.

Goals, Dreams, Plans are things not to take lightly. This are the things we fight for. This are the things that change us.

Keep pushing, keep working and by all means keep dreaming.

RESILIENCE.

Always AlwaysWanting what we love and loving what we want

is a sure way to improve in our Resilience.

We all know that life is imperfect and we know

just as well that things are not going to be just

how we want them to be for the most part.

It is acknowledging that and deciding to push thru

that makes us better every day.

Not better than others just better than we were

just yesterday.

There is no such thing as a small change or a

little improvement. Better is better regardless of degree.

When Sh…tuff happens push harder.

When things don’t go as you want them., try again.

When you are not getting the results you want., Refocus.

Do what you must but do not give up.
