Writing, flying, eating, fishing, running, etc.,

whatever you love and like creates passion.

There is no winning without passion.

Weight loss is no different, dieting is not

either, and weight loss For Sure needs

commitment in order to create Passion.

Figure it out, get clear on the why it is

that you want to lose the weight, gaining

the clarity will help you bring out the passion,

do that and the rest will be much, much easier.

Truly, on this one there are two and only two pains.

Which one will you choose? Which one will I choose?

Life is intent on providing us with choices, and what we do with them

is up to us as individuals.

I know and know that I know I want more and better, but

at times I too have lost the battle to the blankets,

dessert was too pretty to pass and…… Here we are or

should I say here I am.

I am constantly making progress but at times that weak

little boy within me wants to rebel and do sh…. stuff he is

not supposed to.

Anyway gang when that happens we must immediately re commit

to our goals and get back in step with things.

The Future In Mind.

It is the past that brought us to this present time and situation. Little if anything can be done about the past other than acknowledging that we might have messed up. We allowed the weight to increase. We allowed our health to deteriorate. We might have had a drink or two too many. So lets use the present time to do something about the future. Let’s make sure that our tomorrow is healthier. That our weight is more in line with what we want it to be not what we allowed it to be.

Never forget the past but continue to work on a better future.

I Am Worth It.

Back Pain, Headaches, Low Stamina,

Low Endurance, Huge Clothes.

I remember this things all too well and

know that I do not want to go back to them ever again.

This is a journey that has proven to be a lonely one and

I am ok with that because I know that it is not for everyone.

I do not know what is your “WHY” but make sure it is a strong,

valid, significant, and inspiring  “WHY” to you

because that will keep you inspired and on task.

For some of us is health while for some of us it might be vanity and even for some it is a passion for life. There is no wrong answer just get your answer. Why Do You Do It? Why do you want to loose the weight? And once you know the why keep it ever present to give you strength on the moments that excuses sound good as if they were reasons. Keep focus and keep going.
