A Walk Of Perspective.

066.JPG

If you want to see just how small

our problems really are go for a walk

on the mountains.

Talk about getting some perspective.

This picture was taken somewhere

up in the Arizona mountains. NE of

Phoenix. I know that my mind was

heavy with issues and this trip help

me get some perspective.

Things will happen and how we react

will have a huge impact on everything.

I know my reactions have affected my

health, emotional stability, stress levels,

and so much more that I, and you should

know better but it don’t always works that way.

I guess what I am trying to tell you gang

is that in order to protect ourselves and

so able to be the best we can be then,

we must kinda stop every now and then.

Think before reacting.  And yes some times

Shut The Heck Up.

Gang let us do the best we can for all but

specially for ourselves.

You’ve Got IT.

you ve gotWhat is “IT”

For each of us “IT” is a different thing and

the key is to figure out as early in the game as possible

what “IT” is for you.

The clearer the picture of who we are, where we are going,

why we are going there and what we are willing to do in order to

get there will prove invaluable when the setbacks hit and they will.

Gang Keep the why ever-present and continue to work

on your goals and dreams.

Mistakes.

We ALL have made mistakes

that is not the important thing here.

The important thing is: Have we learned

the lesson???

Our mistakes are expensive and at times

painful lessons so we might as well make

the best of it.

Do not let failure and mistakes keep you

from making the best of your experience.

Learn, Grow, and do more.

Keep your goals and plans ever-present.

Weight loss, relationships, money, or

whatever your goals and plans are will

always come to fruition if you keep learning

and keep pushing.

Giving Up.

giving up on your goalsWhen working to attain a goal there are always obstacles.

Some of them real and some of them not so much.

Value the person you are trying to be.

Appreciate all the effort you are putting

into this project you are undertaking.

Do all you can to keep this dream alive and well.

Know that your goal is worth it and pay the price.

Go Kill It. Make It Happen.

About Champions.

champions believeEvery Day we need to re-enforce in our mind and heart

the why we are doing what we are doing.

We need to keep ever-present the dream and the goal

and with that, the confidence, strength, and believe will push us

to accomplish the little, mundane, and at times boring

steps that will transform our dreams and goals into reality.

If it is a million dollars or a certain weight it is by planning

and executing the little steps that the GOAL is reached.

Gang., we must keep putting one step in front of the other

and eventually we will reach our goal.

Believing in the possibilities I wish you all the best.

Don’t Let Them Stop You.

behind every success there are haters

Soooo do you have your pack of haters??

If you do Congratulations.

If you don’t what are you waiting for

there is still work to be done.

Sad that this is a way for us to find

out if we are moving ahead but,

it is what it is.

Do not let the haters or those that

do not see things the same way you do

keep you from pushing forward, it is

after all YOUR LIFE.

Gang stay focus and remain successful.

Going For A Walk.

DSC_0033

Taking a walk by the ocean

is one of my favorite ways to think

or clear my mind. This picture I took

at the malecon (no clue how to translate

that word to English)  in Puerto Peñasco,

Sonora. Mexico. This is the place that as

of late I call home. I love the ex-pat life even

though I was actually born in Mexico.

It is great to live a life that allows us to

do what we love and be able to enjoy the

little things that give us happiness.

Gang we all have a side hustle that can

afford us a few of the little luxuries or

pleasures of life. If you are interested in

finding what is or could be your side

hustle let me recommend the book:

“Side Hustle” by my very good friend

Chris Guillebeau. He is also the author

of: “The $100 Start Up” which is also

pretty darn great. You may or may not

have an interest. Me… I want to enjoy more

while doing less and less. I have not worked

for anyone since August the 31st of 2011

when my position as General Manager

was eliminated. I love to travel and go

where I want when I want well… It is

as Master Card would say…… priceless
