Goals.

Set a goalOk Gang. This is the first week of

December, and the question in the air is:

Have you written your 2019 goals?

Guys we can never start too early writing our

yearly goals and plans.

It should be an automatic that by November the 15th

we are done with our planning then,

when the craziness of the holidays hit

we are ahead of the competition.

Reality is that few, very few people

accomplish this. and even less take their

goals to fruition. BUT…… The weird ones,

the successful folk, The strange, the winners

they all do this.

Gang I want for all of us to be strange, weird,

winners. YES I want for all of us to have

an amazing 2019.

Please, please work on putting your goals

and dreams on paper. Go crazy and dream big

remember that we want to be weird, and strange

Because we want to be winners.

Choose Wisely.

It is in our decisions that we do or undo our progress.

No one else is in our mind when we have the daily

battle starting with getting up and starting the day.

We are about to start a new year and while I totally

believe that we can make a new beginning in a moment

many choose to use the beginning of the year as a book-end.

Nothing wrong with that but make sure you have a plan.

Make sure your goals are clear and specific.

Make sure you are making the tough decisions.

Let’s pay the price now and enjoy the results later.

Last year around this time I hit us rather hard

with the whole goal setting thing and, I still think

that it is most important. BUT I also want to say

that life is more than just working out and worrying

about our weight. It is more than counting calories

and evaluating water characteristics.

Gang there are friends and family and hobbies and

countless books that also require our attention.

I was looking at my e reader and I have about

400 books. (yes amazon loves me) I noticed that

I had 46 book in progress meaning I had started

and had not gone back to as of yet.

I Love Photography. A lot., and if I could I would

hit the trail with my camera and just hit the shutter.

I miss quiet times with a good book and the

walks on the desert or trails up in the mountains.

We have to be about more than just weight loss.

Yes let’s try to be healthy always but let’s also

remember to be present in the moment.

Road 2

I just want to share the road where I do my daily walk.

I try to do 4.5 miles every day and it works out ok for the most part.

This is the time I use to clear my mind. The time I use to get centered

and plan for the rest of the day. I also use this time to ground my self.

At times the urgent takes the place of the important and we must

be able to differentiate the one from the other.

Whatever your routine is make sure that you keep it in mind.

Stay committed to you and your goals do not start your day

by losing the first battle to the comfy bed.

Focus On The Right Things.

It is important to be clear on what we are working towards.

It is important that we keep our hopes and dreams present.

Each dream, hope, goal is personal so make sure you are not

falling prey to group mentality. Take support and accept the

help but also, keep in mind your own goals, dreams, hopes.

It is not about becoming an island, it is about becoming a

success story. It is not about just one thing, but it is about

getting that one thing important to us personally.

Stay focus remain successful.

Feeding the soul.

We must love ourselves enough to take the time

to take care of ourselves and those we care about.

We can show and share love with the meals we cook.

In order to take care of others we must take care of

ourselves. In order to accomplish our hopes and dreams

we must take care of our bodies first.

A meal might not seem so important, but those of us

working on losing the weight, regaining our health,

it is very important. It is center in our day-to-day.

Weight loss is never easy so we must take every single

opportunity that presents itself to make a difference,

even a small difference is important.

Do not forget: Every meal counts. Every calorie counts.
