I Am Worth It.

working on me
Back Pain, Headaches, Low Stamina,

Low Endurance, Huge Clothes.

I remember this things all too well and

know that I do not want to go back to them ever again.

This is a journey that has proven to be a lonely one and

I am ok with that because I know that it is not for everyone.

I do not know what is your “WHY” but make sure it is a strong,

valid, significant, and inspiring  “WHY” to you

because that will keep you inspired and on task.

Keep fighting the good fight.

On Big Dreams.

dream big

All things being equal doesn’t it makes sense to dream big?

It takes the same effort to dream crap than to dream championship.

Like my good friend tells me: “when it comes to the good in life

I want more., I always want more”

I guess I agree. I want more life, I want more health, I want more wealth.

I want to lose more weight, I want to feel much better.

I am ready to put my best effort to accomplish it as I know nothing

worthwhile is free.

How big are your dreams? How great your hopes.

It is up to us gang.

Let’s Go Do It.

On Self Love

Why we do what we do? I had to learn that while it was ok to continue to give to others and of my self., I had to find love to and for myself. It is not an egotistical journey but an adventure of discovery and self realization. I celebrate a pound lost or a size reduced. I am happy for an inch and happy for a ounce. I am happy to be doing better. Celebrate you progress. Because I am sure you will agree that not going back is progress in and of it self. Staying at the same weight for a long time is an issue but from one week to the next it just means that you were able to deal with cravings and temptations. Just Do Not Go Backwards. OK gang today as always I wish you all the best of the best. Jose G. Osuna www.lapbandformen.com

Thoughts Of My Mother.

Dona nohemi manos 2

Just a few years ago my Mother passed.

She was an astute and very smart person.

We had the longest conversations as we traveled

by train from the border town of Nogales all

the way to Guadalajara. She had an extensive

knowledge of Theology and baseball stats that

I am yet to find on anyone else.

She would challenge me with questions not

about religion but about God and faith.

She did not much care for any particular

religion but she was none the less a strong

believer.

Tomorrow would have been her birthday and

I find myself missing her quite a bit.

Maybe because I mentioned her a lot on my

new cook book or just because I miss her words.

We do not have all the time we want or that we

will need so in the here and now let’s do what

we can and live and try to live better every day.

Today. I pray for my mother.

Capable!

you are 100%It is not just about weight loss.

You can and should change every aspect of your life

for the better. Learn new things, earn more money,

be healthier, have better relationships.

The decision is ours. We all want more and better

now the question is: Are we willing to pay the price?

Glorious work never settling for less than

what we can be.

Great First Sunday.

I have learned that in the best just as in the worst of circumstances there is always something to be grateful. Lets enjoy our Sunday with our loved ones and let's not forget to acknowledge those around us.

I have learned that in the best just as in the worst of circumstances there is always something to be grateful for.
Lets enjoy our Sunday with our loved ones and let’s not forget to acknowledge those around us. If you can please give someone a hand, a coin, a bite. It does not has to be someone you know. Be a friend to someone in need. Say a kind word. Give a smile.
