Changes…

Small Changes

Trying to make a big impact in life

by making large changes or doing

big thing is doable but hard.

Changes in small manageable

sizes are easier and by default

more likely to stick to.

I obviously do not know you

so just do what works for you

and continue to make progress.

BUT

If you are not getting the results that

you want maybe just maybe

try simplifying your action items.

Of course we here talk Weight Loss

but the same simplification process

works for relationships, business,

and any endeavour of interest to you.

Gang stay focus stay successful.

You Are In Control

you have the powerWe battle weight loss constantly and,

we have more misses than we want to

but in the end it is not about wining always

as much as it is about not stopping.

Deciding to make a change  that takes us

closer to our goals will always come at a

price and the price is following a diet, excercising,

remaining active and making the appropriate

decisions to keep the changes and continue

making the progress we seek.

Make a decision and stick to it.

Take a stand against mediocrtity and

hold on to it.

Gang it is within our grasp if we choose it.

Stay focus remain successful.

Try, Try, Try again.

if you end up misserableSo how about we try to live our way

with our own thoughts and faith

and desire for more and, in the

process we learn and try for better

after every attempt.

How about we own our live’s

and work on bringing to life our

dreams and hopes while working

on our goals.

If weight loss is what we want

it is right there within arms length.

If it is money or position or any other

worthwhile endeavour we can make

it happen if we put the time and effort.

We are responsible for us.

Let’s make sure we show up in full force.

Always remain focus so we can always

be successful.

with those that try to belittle

or in any way MESS with your dreams,

hopes, goals and desires.

Do not give anyone the power to

affect your progress.

Keep going for you.

Keep trying for you.

Keep working for you.

Do not stop.

Stay Focus Remain Successful.

Best Time Of The Day.

Screenshot_20170423-0755463:30 AM was my best time of the day.

I functioned well with two or three hours

of sleep and I could go all night working,

reading, talking, getting in trouble or just

driving around.

Things change. I have changed and as my

body has aged I find losing the weight  to

be harder and taking longer.

I hurt after my activities and I do not like it.

I used to run for ever and stop when bored

not when tired and now even my walks hurt.

And yet I find my activity so rewarding.

I love the challenge not because I always win

but because it keeps me going.,

I do love the feeling of the win all the wins big

and small because an ounce or a pound are

equally important and relevant.

Gang this weight loss thing is an ongoing

numbers game. How many times we fall,

how many times we get up again.

It happens… Shit does happen so be ready

and just keep going.

Stay focus remain successful.

LOVING AND SUPPORTING OURSELVES

LOVING AND SUPPORTING OURSELVES

The weight loss race is a lonely one.
In the end it is just me, my self and I making the decisions of what and how much to eat.
It is just me, my self and I making sure the goal is ever-present. Me, myself and I arguing over are we or are we not going for our walk today, me, myself and I fighting over are we working out or not.
It sounds as if this was all we ever thought of but it is more what we do all day long that keeps reminding us of the goal. When we have to walk for any distance and we are winded. When we try to play with our kids and we lack the strength or stamina. When our work requires us to fly places and we face the 1 inch by 1 inch seat in the plane. When we look at the assortment of pills we have to take every day. It is all of those things that keep our goal constantly present in our days.
It is a desire and the hope for a better tomorrow that motivates us.
It is that form of self-love that gives us the strength to try again and again.
Sometimes the people around us do not see the why and lovingly share their thoughts and concerns and we just want to lovingly put their heads under water for just a couple of days.
Yes it was a joke but see how you smiled? That is the approach we need to take to the negative comments. The inconsiderate looks and stares. Laugh it off and keep on keepin’ on.
Keep winning the little battles. The battles with the fork, the battles with the bed in the early morning, the screaming matches with the bathroom scale, and the cold war with the mirror.
Keep winning the little battles and eventually you will reach your goal and win the war.
Let’s love ourselves more. Let’s support ourselves more. Let’s believe in us more.
