Self Love.

Why we do what we do? I had to learn that while it was ok to continue to give to others and of my self., I had to find love to and for myself. It is not an egotistical journey but an adventure of discovery and self realization. I celebrate a pound lost or a size reduced. I am happy for an inch and happy for a ounce. I am happy to be doing better. Celebrate you progress. Because I am sure you will agree that not going back is progress in and of it self. Staying at the same weight for a long time is an issue but from one week to the next it just means that you were able to deal with cravings and temptations. Just Do Not Go Backwards. OK gang today as always I wish you all the best of the best. Jose G. Osuna www.lapbandformen.com

BELIEVE!!!

believe in yourself
It has been a while since I cared for what anyone else thought of me.

Now. I just listen to my inner self specially when it comes to

my goals, dreams and aspirations.

There are many who wish me well, but no one wants me

to be successful as much as I want it.

Set Goals, Go after them, Destroy them and REPEAT.

Forget about the doubters, and the haters., don’t waste

time on them that you can be using on making a Better You.

Let’s continue to kick it gang.

MAGIC DIET PILL !!!!!

What is the most important thing for weight loss?? Diet, Exercise, Activity, Attitude? It is all equally important I have found but, if there is something that I have seen make a difference in many of the people that I have known is the fact that they were committed. There are many experienced and educated persons like me out there that regardless of the knowledge and experience failed at the weight loss game. I trained people on weight loss and therapeutic diets so I knew better and yet I failed consistently. It was the lack of commitment to the weight loss that kept me from realizing my goal. Well Gang here it is the magic weight loss pill. Hope it helps. All the best to you all. Jose G. Osuna www.lapbandformen.com

This is a commitment we made. A change, and opportunity. Went trough the process and then went to surgery all the while spending lots of money ours and others. My question to you is? Have you given it a fair opportunity? Have you utilized it to its fullness? Have you planed the work and work the plan? You committed to it? So... Are you? If not... What is keeping you? What has been your challenge? Share please......

This is a re-post. I am trying to figure out what it is

that keeps us from obtaining the benefits we thought we were going to get

by having this procedure done.

We are all so different and I just hope some of you are willing to

share with the rest of us. I know that I would appreciate it.

Gang I have the Reliance Band and it has worked for me.

My challenges  have been my own, and in sharing I have learned

from some of you how to deal with a challenge or more.

Not all who deserved it were invited.”

Make sure that you are constantly on the lookout for those who bring you down,

Those who don’t share your ideals and dreams, Those with negative words,

Those that don’t push you up or drag you to the finish line.

clearly identify them and then: Give them love  From A Distance.

Do not allow negativity in your world and maintain a positive outlook.

I Did Not Change.

i did not
There is a process to what we go through.

We dream, evaluate, plan, act, hope then act some more.

But more importantly… We define ourselves.

What we do in the process of all this is

very basic  We Find Ourselves.

Make sure your goals are big enough

that they scare you a little.

Gang let’s keep at it. Stay Focus Stay Successful

I Am Worth It.

working on me
Back Pain, Headaches, Low Stamina,

Low Endurance, Huge Clothes.

I remember this things all too well and

know that I do not want to go back to them ever again.

This is a journey that has proven to be a lonely one and

I am ok with that because I know that it is not for everyone.

I do not know what is your “WHY” but make sure it is a strong,

valid, significant, and inspiring  “WHY” to you

because that will keep you inspired and on task.

Keep fighting the good fight.
