You Have The Power!

you have the power

We have a God-given right to choose.

Our decisions impact our life and that of those around us family and friends.

All of the little and seemingly insignificant decisions we make day in and day out

have the cumulative power to change and affect our lives.

There is a book titled the compound effect by Darren Hardy Publisher of Success Magazine.

In it Darren shows us the power both negative and positive that each and every decision

we make, can make a difference on the quality of our life.

The extra glass of wine, the fun size chocolate packet, or the extra serving of ice cream

can add up to significant calories, grams of carbs, grams of fat whatever you want to track.

BUT, just as well taking the extra steps by parking a little farther, drinking an extra glass of water,

walking just a little extra, adding a set to our workout, using mustard instead of mayo, etc.

has an effect. What will it be? The positive or negative?

We have the power to decide, we have the opportunity to change our tomorrows and,

by doing that change our life.

Use your power for good., for good longer living.

Chest Workout.

And now a little big attention to the “Chestal” area.

Yes I know that Chestal is not a real word but is sounds FUNNY.

This is a basic set up and excellent in my humble opinion

example of a routine for beginners.

If you are a bit more experienced you then know how to

“Doctor” this moves and exercises to work better based

on your wants needs and experience.

With this and with all new exercises please ask help and

guidance until you can master them.

This is one routine that will send you home happy.

I have to admit that I continue to be challenged by my

Leg Day. I do it to the best of my abilities but I can not

remember a single time I actually enjoyed it. If anyone has

a routine for Leg Day that you think is great please share

because that is the one that I hear the most gripping about.

Gang keep up the good work and remember that  all that

you do for a better you, benefits you but also your friends

and family.

The Next Step…

and now i willThere is a time when we have to go back to basics

A time to get real and say “This is my time”.

So I ask of you….. Is this your time?

Is this when you decide  Enough with the

Bull Shit and just go do it.

I hope it is because there must be an end

 to empty and senseless words.

Drink the water!!!

Take your meds!!!

Do your exercise!!!

Follow your diet!!!

Track your progress!!!

So simple to do.

So simple not to do.

So… What will it be??

Here it is to us in hope that we will be

of the kind that goes and does it.

The kind that gets IT DONE.

This is true in more ways than one.

One of the best ways to ensure that goals are met

is to write them down. Also, it makes dreams and goals

more real, and present while making them significantly

more attainable. Your life is worth recording so invest

on a journal and see your life transformed.

Do not skip steps. Write that which is important and

relevant to you in life and see it become your reality.

On Changes.

It requires change and a bit of desire.

If you had WLS you know you have made the investment

already, so why not use the tool you purchased?

Follow the guidelines, drink the water, measure the food,

take your meds, and make sure you are taking your vitamins.

Not rocket science even though at times it feels like it.

And, if you add activity and exercise you just turbo-charged

the program. so hang on and keep rocking it.

It is not that we always make the

correct decisions but more that

we continue on our journey.

We said we would exercise DO IT.

We said we would eat right DO IT.

We committed to our meds DO IT.

We committed to drinking the water

and being more active and going the

extra mile now we must DO IT.

Simple and easy to do but also, simple

and easy not to do.

Let us not be common. Let us be

different and go for great.

We, Us, our families are worth it.
