life and we want it to mean and stand

for something.

working as all of our hard work and

diligence will show up in a better quality

of life that we get to share with our

loved ones.  (whether they want it or not 🙂 )

Success A Simple Approach.

S U C C E S S This is as good a KEY to success as any other I have ever seen.

I guess we continue with the theme of simplifying the process.

I like the way that things come together when we pay attention

to detail, and the little things.

It has been an eye opener to me ,having someone going right behind me

looking at what I am doing and how I am doing it.

It is a pain in the ass because she is also paying attention to

the things I am failing to do, but it is making me better as I progress

and move along the road to a better me.

Darren Hardy on his book the compound effect talks about

the benefits of tracking, and while I understood the concept

it was not one of my practices. Right now with the direction and

help of my Coach, I am getting much better at the whole tracking

thing, and I have found where I was paying a silly fat tax on some of

the calories I was consuming. Tracking has also helped me find

time that I can use to work on some of my other projects, and I have

another book almost ready to go to my editor.

Ok gang let’s continue to work on our better selves and

keep on keeping on.

What Am I?

consistent andWhat we do we must do first and foremost for ourselves.

This is a competition within us. We are trying to be better than

we were yesterday. Yes the fruit of our work and efforts will result

in benefits for our family and loved ones but we must keep

in the words of the great Stephen Covey:

” We must keep the main thing., the main thing.”

With that in mind we move forward in creating the best

version of ourselves possible.

Stronger, healthier, better.

Attitudes.

when dealing with negative, insensitive,

ignorant people.

It is human nature to allow others to

have influence in us.

If “they” are not walking day by day

in our shoes with our ups and downs,

our challenges and battles., their opinions

mean only what we allow them to be worth.

Don’t give-up that much power to anyone.

And to my friend in the Carolina’s I say

You can do it, you are worth it, YOU DESERVE IT.

100 % Results Only With 100 % Commitment.

Looking back at many of my posts and many of the blogs that I follow I noticed that we all have set backs. I noticed that we all had plateau patches when we were stuck for periods of time. I noticed also that at times food and the warm bed won over our commitment to work on our weight loss plan. BUT.. I also noticed that when we re-committed to our goals we made amazing progress. This shows that were we to remain 100% committed 100% of the time this weight loss thing would be a done deal. BUT as someone who has failed at times I acknowledge that it is hard., possible but hard. We must have a plan. We must work plan. We need to have goals and they need to be ever present. And we must remain 100 % committed to ourselves. That is how we accomplish and conquer. Let's keep up the good work. All the success to you all. Jose G. Osuna www.lapbandformen.com

the key is to figure out as early in the game as possible

what “IT” is for you.

The clearer the picture of who we are, where we are going,

why we are going there and what we are willing to do in order to

get there will prove invaluable when the setbacks hit and they will.

Get Addicted

addicted to runIt doesn’t have to be running., It can be any activity

we get involved with. Walking, swimming, running, crossfit, etc.,

The feeling after keeping our physical commitments is great.

Figure out which activity would work for you and your schedule and

try to stick to it every scheduled day.

For me is walking and I walk well over 4 miles but

I know that the weather has been winning the battle as of late.

I sure do miss it.

Gang we are all  different and because of that it is that us and only us

can figure out what activity is the one that  will work for us.
