Have you given it a fair opportunity? Have you utilized it to its fullness? Have you planed the work and work the plan? You committed to it? So... Are you? If not... What is keeping you? What has been your challenge? Share please......

This is a re-post. I am trying to figure out what it is

that keeps us from obtaining the benefits we thought we were going to get

by having this procedure done.

We are all so different and I just hope some of you are willing to

share with the rest of us. I know that I would appreciate it.

Gang I have the Reliance Band and it has worked for me.

My challenges  have been my own, and in sharing I have learned

from some of you how to deal with a challenge or more.

A NASTY REMINDER.

Wow! I have heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. How many calories is this picture worth? We should take a look at this when we are having second thoughts about our diet, our exercise, our walk or run and all those little things we do in trying to loose the weight. Until the next one and in the mean time keep up the good work. Jose G. Osuna www.lapbandformen.com

Carbs. Is there anything more scary

to many dieters?

I, myself am on a low carb diet, but I

am not letting that rule the whole of

my process and weight loss efforts.

There are times when I need or want

something and I get it. I know that  want

as I might at times I either want, need, or

deserve a treat, reward, or fix and I do not

deny myself.  I have however learned to

differentiate a one time thing from a whim.

Keeping goals and priorities present helps

to limit the number of exceptions and that

is always a good thing.

Gang, stay focus remain successful.

We have all struggled with “The Last 10 Pounds”

or some other version of that.

Challenges for those of us working on loosing

the pounds or reducing the inches is a challenge.

This challenges will prepare us for the occasions

when we lose the battle with the snacks, and the

sheets allowing the pounds to creep up again.

It happens to all and the best of us.

Learn from the process and do not forget that

all the challenges can prepare us for eventual

success. The lapband is a tool and a helping hand

but respect must be paid and rules followed for

results to come-about. Do not forget.

All the best and please remain focus.

EXCUSES VS RESULTS

Results VS Excuses

No one will diet for us. No one will work out for us.

No one will go on walks or runs for us. No one will drink the water for us.

If we want the results we must embrace our goals, and dreams and do the work.

Keep the dream alive and the goals ever-present.

Keep up the good work and as always all the best to you all.

You Have The Power!

you have the power

We have a God-given right to choose.

Our decisions impact our life and that of those around us family and friends.

All of the little and seemingly insignificant decisions we make day in and day out

have the cumulative power to change and affect our lives.

There is a book titled the compound effect by Darren Hardy Publisher of Success Magazine.

In it Darren shows us the power both negative and positive that each and every decision

we make, can make a difference on the quality of our life.

The extra glass of wine, the fun size chocolate packet, or the extra serving of ice cream

can add up to significant calories, grams of carbs, grams of fat whatever you want to track.

BUT, just as well taking the extra steps by parking a little farther, drinking an extra glass of water,

walking just a little extra, adding a set to our workout, using mustard instead of mayo, etc.

has an effect. What will it be? The positive or negative?

We have the power to decide, we have the opportunity to change our tomorrows and,

by doing that change our life.

Use your power for good., for good longer living.

Gang as always all of the best for you all.

Please share the love on Facebook if this blog serves, educates,

entertain or in any way has value for you.

What is it about???

i will make sweat

It is more about being committed

than about being male of female.

It is more about wanting IT than

not wanting other things.

It is more about changing,

while refusing to stay the same.

It is about wanting more rather

than settling for less.

In the end; it is about a better

way of living.

Stay focus remain successful.
