Work On Your Passion.

Taking pride and interest on bettering ourselves

must be a center thought, and all the work needed

must be focused to that end.

Trying to please and keep other’s happy more than

working on ourselves is a mistake.

Our weight loss, specially for us with the lapband

is a more important proposition.

Plan your work, work your plan.

Never forget, all yo do will benefit you but also

those important to you.

Stay focus, remain successful.

A moment of truth.

DSC_0173That cold, cold shower moment when

we get on the scale.

Great if its good but tough if it is not.

At that moment every bite that went through

our lips comes to mind and makes us smile

or makes us cringe with regret.

We know what we are supposed to do

so let us go forth and make the right

decisions to accomplish our dreams and goals.

Let us take a shower, a shower of success.

The Real.

DSC_0061What is hot?  What is fast?

What is stylish? What is the it thing?

The answer is: It depends.

The same thing happens when it comes

to us. To diet, weight loss, appearance, etc.

It is about what is right for US. What is

appropriate and adequate for us.

Don’t let the flashy or trendy affect the process

you have delineated for yourself.

Keep it up and have an impact on your world.

Action.

dont talk

This applies to all aspects of life.

Weight loss or relationships,

money or love, work or family.

In the end it comes down to the old adage:

Under promise and over deliver.

Stay focus and remain successful.

About Champions.

champions believeEvery Day we need to re-enforce in our mind and heart

the why we are doing what we are doing.

We need to keep ever-present the dream and the goal

and with that, the confidence, strength, and believe will push us

to accomplish the little, mundane, and at times boring

steps that will transform our dreams and goals into reality.

If it is a million dollars or a certain weight it is by planning

and executing the little steps that the GOAL is reached.

Gang., we must keep putting one step in front of the other

and eventually we will reach our goal.

Believing in the possibilities I wish you all the best.

The Meds Of Our Lives

62e621d57597a4db42872e9247641e16I see this and it reminds me of a friend who

suffered from by-polar disorder. He would say

to us all “If I start acting like all you crazies please

ask me if I took my meds” He was great.

Now back to us. If you had WLS you should be

on vitamins. If you have high cholesterol or issues

with your blood pressure you probably are on meds.

Where am I going with this? We Must Take Our Meds.

We must take our meds as prescribed.

I loved it that as the weight fell off my daily meds

count went down as well. I went from 12 and 15

pills a day to now only two and I am working on them

as well. I want out of the pill club.

Gang is we do the right things progress will happen.

A reduction of the meds we are on should be a goal

we work for.

Stay focus and remain successful.
